At Crown Northampton, we take pride in our handmade craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original condition within 28 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box, ensuring all protective packaging and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to the Workshop
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master shoemakers inspect the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
